Delete Your Account
We respect your right to control your data. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Ayva account.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: From the App
- Open the Ayva app on your Android device
- Navigate to Settings
- Tap Account Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@ayvaai.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
We will process your request within 5 business days.
⚠️ Important — This Action is Irreversible
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (email, name, preferences)
- All conversation history and AI memory
- Connected service tokens (Spotify, Google, etc.)
- Subscription and payment history
- All custom settings, automation rules, and saved places
This action cannot be undone. If you have an active premium subscription, please cancel it first to avoid further charges.
Data Deletion Timeline
Upon account deletion, your data will be immediately removed from active systems. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before being permanently purged from all systems.
What Happens to Connected Services?
Deleting your Ayva account does not delete your accounts on third-party services (Spotify, Google, etc.). Ayva will only revoke its own access tokens. You may also want to revoke Ayva's access manually in each service's settings.
